Levels of ingredients contained in the Stimul8 Loaded formula are based off of specific quantities described by numerous studies that have been completed on each of the individual ingredients.
Beta Alanine - Improves athletic performance and exercise capacity and building lean muscle mass. Currently at 3,200mg per serve. For increase in muscular endurance & decrease in fatigue it is recommended at 10.7mg – 26.7mg per pound of body weight for males and 12.8mg – 32mg per pound of body weight for females, which equates to supplementation of 2g – 5g daily. Most effective at clinical 3.2g dose.
Citrulline Malate 2:1 - Currently at 2,500mg per serve. Prior to intense workouts, studies have shown evidence of performance benefits at levels ranging between 16mg – 43mg per pound of body weight in men and 19.2mg – 51.3mg per pound of body weight in women. This is between 3,000mg – 8,000mg per day, however, research suggests the optimum dosage of 6 grams is the most beneficial amount needed to notice the effects. Increases Nitric Oxide (NO) production, reduces lactic acid and ammonia, increases ATP and phosphocreatine recovery.
Betaine Anhydrous - A 2010 study conducted by the University of Connecticut revealed that the weight-trained athletes who were the subjects of the study had a 25% increase in muscle strength and a 20% increase in muscle power after taking Betaine at 13.6mg men/16mg women per pound of body weight or 2.5 grams daily. Betaine increases muscle protein synthesis markers, builds muscle mass, boosts endurance (likely due to low lactate levels) resulting to a delay in muscular fatigue. In a nutshell, it provides a boost in power output, increase in capacity to engage in anaerobic work, lift in energy levels, promotes hydration at the cellular level (like with creatine), may lower blood lipids/ LDL cholesterol levels and may minimize body fat tissue. And with the presence of S-adenoylmethionine (SAMe) during the process of methionine regeneration, Betaine has also been observed to treat depression/ anxiety.
Agmapure (Agmatine Sulfate) - Currently at 250mg per serve. For benefits upon the mind (nootropic effects) this is best achieved with smaller administrations of 500mg – 750mg (approx. 2.7mg – 4mg male/3.2mg – 4.8mg female per pound of body weight). Other benefits include; improved muscle pumps via the inhibition of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), helps to promote healthy insulin sensitivity, assisting with leanness and muscle building. Agmantine, namely AgmaPure, is said to be the next generation product of agmatine sulfate — the purest, cleanest & most powerful nitric oxide pump there is without the impurities of other agmatine supplements. It creates an immediate boost in nitric oxide delivering hard, dense pumps, improves blood flow and nutrient transport to working muscles & to muscles post work-out, resulting in significantly greater endurance, helps speed up recovery and acts as a neurotransmitter / neuromodulator in the brain, which improves focus during training. L-Theanine - Currently at 150mg per serve. For stress reduction, relaxing feeling and its synergistic relationship with caffeine, 100mg – 200mg is recommended. Dosed well at 150mg. It is renowned for its excellent nootropic properties such as improving memory, enhancing the ability to learn, and providing a calming effect and is usually taken with caffeine for best results. Alpha-GPC - Choline bitartrate is currently at 120mg per serve. Choline bitartrate is the cheapest, simplest, and least effective form of choline with limited nootropic benefit. Choline bitartrate struggles to cross the blood-brain barrier effectively. The inability to efficiently cross the blood-brain barrier means it has very low bioavailability. Low bioavailability means this choline source is unable to communicate with neurochemicals in the brain impactfully. Although choline bitartrate is 41% choline by weight (1,000mg dose confers 410mg of choline), the choline delivered is not sufficient for cognitive enhancement. Caffeine - Currently at 300mg per serve. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and a diuretic. The ballpark guideline is to consume less than 600 mg per day. Recommended dosage is 1.36mg per pound or 254mg for a 187lb person (212mg for average female weight of 156lb). At 300mg, I believe the desired effect is achieved.
Synephrine HCL - Currently at 30mg per serve. It's a fat burner that helps control your appetite, gives you energy and makes your progress more efficient. Users typically take a dosage of 10- 20mg three times daily for maximum benefits. Restricted to 30mg per day in supplements.
Schisandra Chinensis (Berry) - Currently at 30mg per serve. Adaptogen used for mood & anxiety. Promotes concentration, attention, cognitive function & supports energy. By boosting dopamine and limiting cortisol (reducing stress), the herb creates a feeling of natural mental energy and heightened focus. A dosage as small as 50mg will have great energy supporting activity. Increased from 20mg to 50mg.
Theacrine (as TeaCrine) - Currently at 30mg per serve. Has unique performance and mood enhancing properties and is considered a beneficial stimulant. Recommended at 0.3mg – 1.6mg per pound of body weight for men and 0.3mg – 1.9mg for females or 50mg – 300mg per serving for maximum benefits. Hordenine - Currently at 100mg per serve. Promotes fat loss, encourages strength, stimulates nervous system, increases energy & controls appetite. The recommended dosage is 30mg and studies at this dose show hordenine to be an effective stimulant. Supplementing at 30mg will give the same effect as a 100mg single dose.
Securinega suffruticosa extract - Currently at 100mg per serve. Securinega suffruticosa contains securinine, a GABA receptor antagonist. By blocking the action of the GABA receptor, securinine acts as a central nervous system stimulant. CNS stimulants increase energy levels allowing for longer, and possibly more intense workouts.
