Pickup Instore

The website allowed me to purchase an item however it was not in stock. Customer service ignored my emails as well. Staff who answered the phone was nice but my concerns over email were disregarded and never acknowledged

Made an order and there was a problem with the company not having the product in stock. Went in to see what could be done and received a replacement for my order and some helpful advice regarding other comparable products. Will definitely be going back
